Shipping Information
Currently, we only ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Our standard/priority shipping is $10 which takes 2-3 business days. Our express shipping is $25 and it takes 1-2 business days. Both shipping options will require a signature when delivered.
If you place an order before 12 pm EST
(Mon.-Fri.), most products will be processed the same day and you will receive a tracking number update through email shortly after. But in the event of high order volume, the order will be shipped the following business day (Mon.-Fri.)
If you place an order and the item is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible.The turn around time for bundles is usually 2-3 business days and for wigs it is usually 5-7 business days.

We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.

Return Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money back minus shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days after purchase (30 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer.
Hair must be in the original state, the same as it was sent to you.


Not the style you were looking for and want to switch it for something else? No problem! Just send it back to us! The same 30 day period policy as returns applies to exchanges.
Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. We do not refund shipping charges.
